We build systems that work while you sleep.
Most software requires attention. We build software that returns attention: websites that bring in customers, portals that take away administration, and agents that answer questions at 9:14 p.m.
WHY WE EXIST
The night the penny dropped
An installer we spoke to answered WhatsApp messages on the couch in the evening. Not because he liked it, but because a customer who doesn't get an answer will call someone else tomorrow. His planning was in an Excel on one laptop, his hours on notes, his assignments in three systems at the same time.
That is the problem we solve. Not "a nice website": but the work that is left behind because there is no system for it. Today, his portal answers those questions, his planning is in one place and the invoice goes out the same week.
That's where our name comes from. An agent is software that does work independently. A lab is where you build it and test it until it's right. We do both: for entrepreneurs who don't have an IT department, but have the same problems.
- One point of contact — you speak to the developer who builds your project, not an account manager who passes it on.
- Fixed price in advance — no hourly invoice, no additional work that you only see on the invoice.
- Everything remains yours — domain, code, data and accounts are in your name.
- Response within one working day — and in case of emergency also in the evenings and at weekends.
- Dutch and English — your site works for your neighbor and for the international customer.
WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
Four beliefs that drive every project
They sound obvious. In practice, almost no one works consistently toward it: and you only notice that when you're stuck.
01
Software should take over work
A system that gives you new tasks is not a solution but an extra job. We measure success in hours you get back, not in features we deliver.
02
What you buy should be yours
No platform to which your site is tied, no management panel that only we understand. You can always leave: although we do our best to make that unattractive.
03
An upfront price is a promise
We charge what we agreed in advance. If it becomes bigger along the way, we will discuss it separately and price it separately. The package price remains unchanged.
04
Honest advice sometimes costs an assignment
If an existing website works fine, we'll say so. If an AI agent doesn't benefit you, we'll say so. That takes work every now and then and always builds trust.
WHAT WE CONSCIOUSLY DON'T DO
Saying no is part of it
Each agency explains what it can do. We find it just as useful to say what we won't start: that will save you disappointment and us a project that doesn't fit.
- No page builders or theme templates. They are faster to build and slower to use. We write the code ourselves.
- No AI because it is possible. An agent must solve a demonstrable problem, otherwise it is an expensive gimmick.
- No rental structures. We don't build anything that you have to keep paying for every month to keep it.
- No tracking wall. Analytics only with permission, and do not measure more than necessary.
- No projects without a clear goal. “We want something new” is a starting point, not an assignment.
- Well: websites that generate requests, measured instead of accepted.
- Well: portals and dashboards that permanently eliminate double entry.
- Well: AI agents with a payback account that you can check in advance.
- Well: links between systems that currently ignore each other.
- Well: hosting and maintenance where you call the builder, not a call center.
