Privacy statement

Last updated: July 31, 2026

AgentsLabs attaches great importance to your privacy. In this statement you can read what personal data we collect, why we do it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In plain language: we collect the data that you provide to us via the contact form or e-mail. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. We never sell data to third parties. You can always view your data, have it amended or deleted; an email to info@agentslabs.net is enough.

Who are we

AgentsLabs is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

AgentsLabs
Email: info@agentslabs.net

What data do we collect?

We collect data that you provide to us yourself, that is technically necessary or for which you give permission:

  • Contact form: your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
  • Email traffic: If you email us, we process your email address and the content of the correspondence.
  • Website use: If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes, among other things, pages visited, interactions, device type, browser data and a global geographic region. We disable Google Signals and ad personalization and only use this data as aggregated usage statistics.

We do not collect special personal data (such as data about health, race or religion) and do not ask you to share it with us.

What do we use your data for?

  • Answering your question or request via the contact form or email.
  • Preparing and executing an agreement, such as a quotation or assignment.
  • Compliance with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.
  • With your permission: measuring and improving the use of our website.

Foundations

We process your personal data on the basis of the following principles from the GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest: being able to respond to requests and conducting our business operations. We always take your privacy interests into account.
  • Execution of an agreement: If you are a customer with us, we use your data to carry out the order.
  • Legal obligation: for storing invoices and administration.
  • Consent: for Google Analytics. You can always withdraw that consent via the “Analytics settings” button.

How long do we store data?

  • Contact requests that do not lead to an assignment: maximum one year.
  • Data associated with an assignment: during the collaboration and thereafter for as long as legally required. A retention period of seven years applies to invoices and financial administration.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property and no longer than necessary for usage statistics.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties that we engage to make our services possible (so-called processors), such as:

  • Formspree, once the production contact form has been activated, for the technical processing of form messages;
  • our hosting provider, for running this website;
  • our email provider, for business email.
  • Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics after you have given permission.

Before production, we check the agreements regarding processing, security, retention periods and possible transfers for each party involved. We do not share more data than necessary for the service in question.

Cookies and analytics preferences

Google Analytics is turned off by default. Only after you choose “Allow Analytics” will we give Google permission to use analytical storage. Cookies with names such as _ga and _ga_* are placed to distinguish visits from each other. Ad storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.

Your choice will be saved locally in your browser under agentslabs-analytics-consent. You can reopen or revoke your choice via the “Analytics settings” button. Upon withdrawal, we will stop analytical storage and delete the known Google Analytics cookies for this domain.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS), up-to-date software, limited access to systems and minimizing the data we collect as much as possible.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • to view your data (right of access);
  • to have incorrect data corrected;
  • to have your data deleted (right to be forgotten);
  • to have the processing limited;
  • to have your data transferred (data portability);
  • to object to processing on the grounds of legitimate interest;
  • to withdraw previously given consent.

Send your request to info@agentslabs.net. We will respond within 30 days. To ensure that the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may adjust this privacy statement, for example if our services or legislation changes. The most current version is always on this page; at the top you will find the date of the last change.
