Privacy policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

AgentsLabs values your privacy greatly. In this policy you can read which personal data we collect, why we do so, how long we keep it and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In plain language: we collect the data you give us through the contact form or email. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. We never sell personal data to third parties. You can always access, correct or have your data deleted; an email to info@agentslabs.net is enough.

Who we are

AgentsLabs is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

AgentsLabs
Email: info@agentslabs.net

Which data we collect

We collect data that you provide to us, that is technically necessary or for which you give permission:

  • Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Email correspondence: if you email us, we process your email address and the content of the correspondence.
  • Website usage: if you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes information including pages visited, interactions, device type, browser information and an approximate geographic region. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalisation and use this data only as aggregated usage statistics.

We do not collect special category personal data (such as data about health, race or religion) and ask you not to share such data with us either.

What we use your data for

  • Answering your question or enquiry via the contact form or email.
  • Preparing and performing an agreement, such as a quote or assignment.
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as the tax retention requirement.
  • With your consent: measuring and improving the use of our website.

Legal bases

We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal bases from the GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest: being able to respond to enquiries and running our business operations. We always weigh your privacy interests in the process.
  • Performance of a contract: if you are our customer, we use your data to carry out the assignment.
  • Legal obligation: for keeping invoices and administration.
  • Consent: for Google Analytics. You can withdraw this consent at any time through the “Analytics settings” button.

How long we keep data

  • Contact enquiries that do not lead to an assignment: maximum one year.
  • Data belonging to an assignment: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as legally required. A retention period of seven years applies to invoices and financial administration.
  • Analytics data: according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property and no longer than necessary for usage statistics.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties we engage to make our services possible (so-called processors), such as:

  • Formspree, once the production contact form is activated, for the technical processing of form messages;
  • our hosting provider, for running this website;
  • our email provider, for business email.
  • Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics after you have given permission.

Before production we verify each provider's terms for processing, security, retention and any international transfers. We do not share more data than is necessary for the relevant service.

Cookies and analytics preferences

Google Analytics is off by default. Only after you choose “Allow analytics” do we give Google permission to use analytics storage. Cookies with names such as _ga and _ga_* may then be placed to distinguish visits. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser under agentslabs-analytics-consent. You can reopen or withdraw your choice through the “Analytics settings” button. When consent is withdrawn, we stop analytics storage and remove the known Google Analytics cookies for this domain.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS), up-to-date software, limited access to systems and minimising as much as possible the data we collect.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data (right of access);
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted (right to be forgotten);
  • have the processing restricted;
  • have your data transferred (data portability);
  • object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest;
  • withdraw previously given consent.

Send your request to info@agentslabs.net. We will respond within 30 days. To be sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy, for example if our services or legislation change. The most current version is always on this page; at the top you will find the date of the last change.
