Make your systems talk to each other.

Entering the same data into four screens is not work, it is waste — and it produces exactly the typos you lose an afternoon to later. An integration removes that in one go.

THE PROBLEM

Retyping costs more than it looks

Five minutes per order sounds harmless. At fifty orders a week that is four hours, every week, on work nobody enjoys and everybody makes mistakes in. Those mistakes then cost time again — and sometimes a customer.

An integration is often the cheapest automation there is. No AI needed, no new system, just two existing systems that update each other from now on.

  • Webshop → accounting — orders become invoices automatically.
  • Website → CRM — every enquiry arrives directly as a lead.
  • Planning → time tracking — planned hours become recorded hours.
  • Stock → webshop — sold is sold, online too.
  • Industry software → everything — older packages can often be connected too.

HOW WE APPROACH IT

Three ways to connect systems

Which way fits depends on what your systems allow. We always pick the simplest that solves the problem — simple is cheaper and breaks less often.

METHOD 01

Direct API integration

Both systems offer an API. The integration works in real time and is the most reliable. Usually ready within one to two weeks.

METHOD 02

Webhooks and triggers

Something happens in system A — an order, an enquiry — and system B is updated immediately. Light, fast and easy to trace.

METHOD 03

File exchange

For older packages without an API we use scheduled export and import files. Less elegant, but it does remove the manual work.

What if something goes wrong? Every integration we build records what was sent and what arrived. If something fails you get an alert, instead of discovering it yourself three weeks later.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

About integrations

What does an integration cost?

A single integration between two systems starts around €950 and is usually ready within one to three weeks. More complex flows — multiple systems, many exceptions — get a fixed price up front based on scope.

Does this work with my old industry package?

Often yes. If an API is missing we look at export and import options or at the database. A short feasibility check establishes what is possible before you spend anything.

Will the integration keep working after updates?

Providers sometimes change their API. That is why we monitor integrations we manage and alert you on failures. Within the service contract we handle common changes.

Is an integration the same as an AI agent?

No, and that is an important difference. An integration moves data by fixed rules. An agent judges and decides within limits. For retyping you almost never need AI — when you do.

Which data are you still retyping?

Tell us which two systems do not know each other. We will find out what is possible and what it costs.
