Fixed price per phase, no open ending
Custom software is known for budgets that overrun. That almost always comes from scope growing during the build. So we price per phase: you know what a phase costs up front, and you decide per phase whether the next one goes ahead.

About custom software
When is custom better than an off-the-shelf package?
When your process sets you apart from competitors, or when you spend more time working around the package than doing the work. If a standard package does fit, we say so — that is usually cheaper for you.
Can it connect to my accounting software?
Usually yes. The common Dutch accounting packages have an API. For older systems we look at export and import files; that alone often removes most of the manual work.
What if my company grows?
We build for that: modules are added without rebuilding the existing part. Growth usually means more users and more data, which we account for from the start.
Who manages the system afterwards?
Your choice. We do management from €49 per month, but you can also do it yourself or have another party do it — you have the source code and documentation.
