The evening it clicked
An installer we spoke to was still answering WhatsApp messages from his couch at night. Not because he enjoyed it, but because a customer who gets no answer calls someone else tomorrow. His schedule lived in a spreadsheet on one laptop, his hours on paper notes, his jobs in three systems at once.
That is the problem we solve. Not "a nice website" — but the work that piles up because there is no system for it. Today his portal answers those questions, his planning sits in one place, and the invoice goes out the same week.
That is where our name comes from. An agent is software that does work on its own. A lab is where you build and test it until it holds up. We do both — for entrepreneurs without an IT department but with exactly the same problems.

A system that hands you new tasks is not a solution but a second job. We measure success in hours you get back, not in features we ship.

What you buy should be yours
No platform your site is tied to, no admin panel only we understand. You can always leave — though we do our best to make that unappealing.

A price up front is a promise
We charge what we agreed beforehand. If the scope grows along the way, we discuss and price that separately. The package price stands.

Honest advice sometimes costs us the job
If your current website works fine, we say so. If an AI agent would not earn its keep, we say that too. That costs us work occasionally and earns trust every time.
WHAT WE DELIBERATELY DO NOT DO
Saying no is part of the job
Every agency tells you what it can do. We find it just as useful to say what we will not take on — it saves you a disappointment and us a project that does not fit.
- No page builders or theme templates. Faster to build, slower to use. We write the code ourselves.
- No AI for its own sake. An agent has to solve a demonstrable problem, otherwise it is an expensive gimmick.
- No rental constructions. We do not build anything you have to keep paying monthly just to keep.
- No tracking wall. Analytics only with consent, and never more measurement than needed.
- No projects without a clear goal. "We want something new" is a starting point, not a brief.
- We do: websites that generate enquiries, measured rather than assumed.
