Short sprints, everything visible in between, and a price that is fixed before we start. No surprises halfway — you always know where the project stands.
THE PROCESS
How a project works with us
Every project follows the same four steps, whether you are having a five-page website built or an AI agent that takes over your customer service. What differs is the lead time, not the approach.
01
Intake
A free 30-minute consultation. We discuss your goal, your current situation and what needs to improve. You get honest advice straight away — including the advice that you do not need us.
02
Proposal
A clear proposal within a week: fixed price, planning, what is included and what we need from you. No small print, no options that turn into extra work later.
03
Building
Short sprints of one to two weeks. After each sprint you see the working version, not a screenshot. You give feedback, we process it in the next sprint.
04
Launch & growth
We go live, measure whether it does what it was meant to do, and stay available for hosting, maintenance and further development. Your growth does not stop — neither do we.
TIMELINES
How long does what take?
Indicative times from the moment your content is complete. If something runs late, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.
| Project | Lead time | Sprints |
|---|---|---|
| Website Start (up to 5 pages) | 2 weeks | 1 |
| Website Growth (up to 12 pages + blog) | 4 weeks | 2 |
| Webshop | 4–8 weeks | 2–4 |
| Customer portal or dashboard | from 6 weeks | ongoing |
| AI agent | 3–6 weeks | 2–3 |
| Integration between two systems | 1–3 weeks | 1–2 |
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Your part is smaller than you think
Most projects are delayed by one thing: content that does not exist yet. So we ask for it up front, and help where it stalls.
- Your goal in one sentence. More enquiries, less admin, better findability — that is what we design for.
- Copy, or the gist of it. If you do not have it, we write a first version for you to sharpen.
- Images and logo. If they are missing, we solve it with a suitable alternative.
- Access to your domain. And for integrations: access to the systems that need to talk to each other.
- One decision maker. Feedback from five directions costs more time than it delivers.
- Payment in two parts — 50% at the start, 50% on delivery.
- Larger projects on milestones — you never pay in advance for something that does not exist yet.
- Revisions included — feedback within the agreed scope costs nothing extra.
- Extensions priced separately — up front, so the package price stands.
- Handover with documentation — you know what was built and how it works.
FREQUENTLY ASKED
About the process
What if I want something different halfway through?
That is possible, and it is exactly why we work in sprints. If it fits the agreed scope, we handle it in the next sprint. If it falls outside, we price it separately and you decide whether it goes ahead.
How much of my time does a project take?
Count on a 30-minute call per sprint plus supplying content at the start. For a Website Start that is usually less than four hours in total.
What happens after launch?
We measure whether the site or system does what it was meant to do. After that you can choose hosting and maintenance from €19 per month or a service contract from €49 per month — never mandatory.
Do you also work on existing websites?
Yes. We start with a scan of speed, findability and conversion. Sometimes targeted improvement is enough; sometimes rebuilding is cheaper. You get the honest answer, even when that is the smaller job.
Ready for step 1?
A 30-minute call, free and without obligation. Afterwards you know what it becomes, what it costs and how long it takes.
