Frequently asked questions about our process and delivery.

What is expected from both sides, and where projects usually get stuck.

A project takes place in four steps: a thirty-minute conversation in which scope and price are determined, delivery of texts and images, building on a test environment where you can watch, and delivery with documentation. What determines the lead time most is not the construction, but how quickly you deliver and decide.

Questions about process and delivery

Click open a question for the answer. If your question is not listed, please feel free to ask: we will respond within one business day.

How does a project progress?

Introduction and scope in one conversation, then delivery, then building on a test environment where you watch live, then a feedback round, then technical control and go-live with documentation.

What do I have to supply?

Access to your domain, your logo as a vector file, texts or the agreement that we co-write, images and a list of desired pages. And one person who makes decisions.

Where do projects usually get stuck?

On the delivery of texts, and on feedback that comes in separate messages spread over weeks. Construction is rarely the brake. One decision maker and one collected feedback round saves weeks.

Can I watch in the meantime?

Yes, everything is on a test environment that you can view at any time. You see the site grow instead of just at the end.

How many feedback rounds are there?

Standard one round collected after build, plus minor corrections afterwards. Collected feedback works faster than individual comments; that is not a limitation but practical experience.

What happens upon delivery?

We make the site live, submit the sitemap to Google, check indexation and provide documentation. From that moment on, the site is yours, including source code.

Will I receive an explanation about management?

Yes. In a management environment, we go through this together and you receive documentation. For an application, a transfer session is a standard part of the assignment.

What if I want to change something after delivery?

With a service contract from €49 per month, minor changes are included. Without a contract, we work on an hourly basis whenever you request it.

Do you work on location or remotely?

Both. Video calling is more efficient for most projects, but we are in Amsterdam and sitting at the table is fine if that works more comfortably.

How quickly do you respond to questions?

Within one working day. With a service contract you have priority when it is busy.

What if you drop out during the project?

Everything is in version control with documentation, using standard technology. Another party can take over without losing any knowledge: that's exactly why we set it up this way.

Can I stop the project?

Yes. You pay for the work done up to that point and get what is there, including source code. You are not committed to anything.
