Know whether it pays off before you invest.
A paid preliminary survey of €195 that ends in a number: what do you get from automation, and does it pay for itself.
The AI scan costs €195 and provides substantiated advice: which process is best suited for automation, whether it is technically feasible with your systems, what it yields in hours and euros, and what construction costs. If you then place an order, the amount will be settled. If the advice is 'don't do it', then that is what it says.
WHAT YOU GET
An advice with a number underneath
We look at your current working method, measure what time it takes and find out whether your systems can be technically linked. The latter is decisive: automating a process that is stuck in software without an API costs more than it yields.
You get a document of a few pages, not a presentation of thirty sheets. What is possible, what does it yield, what does it cost, and in what order would you start.
- Process analysis — what really wastes time.
- Technical feasibility — do your packages have a usable API.
- Payback calculation — hours times rate times weeks, versus construction costs.
- Risks identified — what could go wrong and what it would cost.
- Order of approach — where you start as you continue.
- Compensable — €195 will be deducted from the assignment if you continue.
WHY PAID
Because free advice is rarely honest
A free consultation almost always ends in a recommendation to purchase something. That is not ill will but a revenue model: if you don't sell anything, you don't earn anything from the conversation.
By paying for the research you buy an honest answer. We can then say that automation will not pay for itself for you without costing us money: and we say that regularly.
- Free advice ends in a quote — that is the logic of the model.
- Major consultancy projects cost thousands — and deliver a report, not a decision.
- Figuring it out yourself takes weeks — and you miss the technical test.
- A fixed amount — €195, not open ended.
- An advice that can be 'no' — and that really happens.
- Can be settled upon order — you don't pay twice.
- Ready within two weeks — not a months-long process.
WHEN NOT
When the scan is a waste of your money
If you already know exactly which process you want to automate and you have the systems in place, you can skip the €195 and immediately schedule a meeting. The scan is for doubt, not confirmation.
And with very small volumes you don't have to investigate anything: automation almost never pays for itself with just a few recurring actions per day. We can also tell you that in a free ten-minute consultation.
- You already know what you want — then just schedule a conversation.
- Very low volumes — then the answer in advance is no.
- Your process is still changing — wait until the method is established.
- No budget to build anything — advice that you cannot implement does not help.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
More about the AI scan
How much does the AI scan cost?
€195 excluding VAT. If you then order construction, that amount will be settled - so you effectively only pay it once.
How long does it take?
Usually within two weeks after a one-hour conversation in which we discuss your process. Afterwards, we sometimes need access to a system to test its feasibility.
What if the outcome is 'don't do it'?
Then for €195 you have learned that you should not make an investment of thousands of euros. That is the cheapest outcome available, and it occurs with some regularity.
Will I receive a report?
A document of a few pages: what is possible, what does it yield, what does it cost, where would you start. Not a presentation of thirty sheets that you can't do anything with.
Do I have to build with you afterwards?
No. The advice is yours and you can approach any party with it. We think that's fine - advice that can only be implemented by us is not advice.
