Why is €2,950 the lower limit?

Below that amount there is no room for analysis, design and connections: exactly the components that make custom development tailor-made. For simple tasks without a proprietary process, there are cheaper standard tools, and we say that honestly.

What pushes the price up the most?

Links and exceptions. Every connection to an existing package requires analysis and testing, and every 'except if' case in your process requires its own logic. A portal with standard roles and one connection is therefore much cheaper than a tool with ten exceptions.

Can I build and pay in phases?

Accepted Answer

We build in phases as standard: each sprint delivers something working with a fixed price in advance. Payment is made 50% at start and 50% upon completion; a staggered schedule is possible in consultation.

Isn't custom development much more expensive than a standard package?

Accepted Answer

Often yes, but rarely used. A standard package charges per user per month and forces your process into its mold. After two to three years of licenses: plus the hours for work that the package just can't do: custom development is often the cheaper option.

What if the application does not deliver what we hoped?

That's why we start with one module instead of the entire platform. If it does not work as intended, we will make adjustments in the same sprint. And if the payback account is really unfavorable in advance, we advise not to build.
